STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Nice guys but horrible professionalism. They sold me what later another mechanic described as a "death trap on wheels", and then told me they'd help me repair it. Now they won't return any of my phone calls or messages. I think it's just unprofessional to ignore a paying customer just because you already have their money. These guys give car salesman a bad name.
Took a chance last weekend and flew down from Pa. to possibly purchase a 2008 Saturn Outlook XR. Billy assured me it drove great. While there,the transmission stopped working. I feel they knew there was a tranny problem because they said that they changed the tranny fluid because it was dark. They did nothing else to this vehicle before putting it up for sale. It was dirty inside and out, the oil needed changed, and the front tires were completely bald. Nice guys but .........
The customer service I received was unparalleled. I had been looking to purchase a Jeep Grand Cherokee but was having issues finding one with relatively low mileage and decent on the inside. I found one on Mr. Autos lot. His postings on Craigslist were very short and simple. Gave the details of the Jeep and didn't have an excessive amount of pictures to scroll through. The website itself was easy to navigate as well. When I got there Neil showed me over to the Jeep. Explained a bit about it and left me alone until I was ready to discuss it further, I loved that. Billy ended up wrapping up the entire deal. Was super satisfied with his demeanor as well. HOWEVER when I left the dealership and was coming back across the Courtney Campbell the transmission blew in the car. They do offer warranties for cars 10 years old or newer, unfortunately the Jeep I purchased was 12 years old so I wasn't able to purchase it like I'd planned to. BUT I took it back to them and explained the transmission just blew up and I can't even drive the car home. Billy got Neil on the phone and Neil was apologetic for my hassle and offered to fix the transmission for me. They kept me updated the entire time. Also they were timely. I bought the car Saturday. They had the transmission there Monday morning. Replaced it Monday afternoon. An let me pick it up Tuesday morning. AT NO CHARGE TO ME! I will be back for some routine maintenance and tire incentives they offer their customers, exclusively. Thanks for the awesome experience!!!
