First let me say this, my parents have always taught me to not trust any mechanic, because most of them will always try to rip you off. This was the mentality i went in with, when my Toyota Prius 2006 broke down while leaving Orlando, Florida. The shop was recommended by AAA and said i would get a 10% discount, which i did. At first i was very worried, because i didn't want to get ripped off because i wasn't a local, or because my car was a hybrid and they are a little different than just gas cars. I was NOT ripped off, i even asked other mechanics to chip in, and tell me if this guy was just trying to add extra costs, but nope. They confirmed they knew, what they were talking about. At the end, i was able to continue on my way within 2 days and i know they tried their best to do the best work as quick as possible. Thank you Lancaster Auto & Tired and especially Nick, who understood and helped us as best as possible.
I have brought my Toyota Corolla in about 3 times now mostly for oil changes and brake services, no problems. However, I bought my car in recently to have my tires rotated but left the shop with a metal clanking noise that sounded when I drove. I bought my car back a couple days later to have it checked out. They test drove it, checked under the tires, only to have them say "sometimes cars are weird", advised that I need new bearings/tires, and to bring it back Monday when they have more time as they were closing for the day(Saturday). Later that day I pop off my hub cap to find 1 lug nut completely off(sitting loose inside the cap) and another lug nut almost completely off...very dangerous! My trust for this company is completely lost as I felt they did not have my best interest and wouldn't take the time of day to fix what they did wrong(a simple tighten of lug nuts). Never bringing my car here again and I suggest you do the same... these people will charge you an arm and a leg to give you sub-par service. Very unprofessional business.
I saw this Lincoln Town Car online, I told the owner that I have to take a bus from St Petersburg all the way to Orlando and asked is it worth the bus ride, my time and money to go over there and he said yes my friend, its a very nice car. He met me at the bus station which is the only nice thing I can say, but the car looked nothing like the pics online. Faded paint, deep stratches, water and roaches on the floorboard. The owner knew I was coming for 3 days, giving George or David plenty of time to make the car presentable and he shows up in that piece of you know what. I am so upset and I couldn't get a bus right back to Orlando so I'm stuck in Orlando for a day. Do yourself a favor do not waste time with this company I should have went to a real car dealer I don't know what I was thinking.
Special thanks to Sunny one of the master mechanics. He was very very knowledgeable, fair, considerate and one of the most honest person I have had the pleasure to meet in the repair industry. He deserves a promotion or to be head of the store. I end up coming back to spend money but at the end of it was more of an investment versus paying. He won my business.
I had purchase my car with David and George, an amazing experience, they were friendly, helpful and no hassle or pressure on purchasing my car. I probably called 5 times for 3 days straight before making a decision, every call they treated me like it was my first time calling. Customer Service is there first priority. I recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase a car ! Thank you guys!
