One two different occasions with two different vehicles I have gone in to get work done. I was told I didn't need the particular parts replaced. WOW, WOW, WOW. They could have taken advantage, but they were so honest. You don't find thus anywhere. Unbealeavable service, from the ladies in the office, to the guys in the hats. Awesome place, won't go anywhere else!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They really do good work and the price is exactly what I can afford but the only problem is sometimes I feel like they're way too slow lot more talking and less action. I'll still go to them because they do a good job and the price is definitely right but don't be in a hurry cuz you'll be late anyway.

IN TIME NOISE WAS GETTING BIGGER. IN 4/2017 I WENT BACK STATING ABOUT THE NOISE YOU GUYS SAID IS CONTROLARM AND BALL JOINT AFTER 308.88 I DROVE OUT WITH SAME NOISE!!!!!!!. (SO I DIDNT HAVE FUNDS !!!RIGHT!!!! I DECIDED TO WAIT SMH LIES!!!!!! RECEIPT PROOFS IT) I DID GO BACK IN 8/2017 BESIDES DOING TUNEUP ( MORE MONEY THERE) TO CAR. I MENTION ABOUT NOISE AGAIN BECUZ IS ALREADY GETTING WORST TO CHECK ALL TIRES. YOU GUYS SAID ONE OF TIRE WAS BAD. I COULDNT EVEN DRIVE IT. I CALLED YOU BACK BECUZ I WANTED MY ORIGINAL PIECE AND YOU SAID NO!!!! YOU DONT DRIVE MY CAR ON A DAILY BASES. THE SOUND WAS EXACTLY THE SAME!!!! MY SON SAYS SAME THING. THERE IS ALL MY PROOF. YOU POINTING FINGERS AT THE CUSTOMERS. YOU OBVIOUSLY NEED THE MONEY MORE THEN ME. AND IN ANY GIVIN POINT YOU NEVER SAID JEEP PART CANNOT BE RETURN BACK AND THAT WAS ANOTHER LIE BECUZ I CALLED JEEP TO CONFIRM THAT AND THEY TOLD ME YES WE COULD RETURN ANY JEEP PARTS BACK. YOUR RESPONCE IS NOT PROFESSIONAL. THE WAY YOU SCREAM AT ME OVER THE PHONE. HUGE DISRESPECT. BE PROFESSIONAL AND TAKE OWNERSHIP OF YOUR MISTAKE AND STOP POINTING FINGERS THE WAY YOU DO TO EVERY CUSTOMER THAT GIVES YOU BAD SURVEY. EVERYONE ONCE AGAIN BE AWARE THEY DONT REFUND AND LIE TO MUCH!!! I WAS TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF AND THATS BECUZ IAM A WOMAN THAT ALWAYS PAID!!!! AND NEVER WAITED 6 MONTHS TO FIX MY CAR.
They may be experts in what they do, but they lack the sense of organization. You can ask each employee for prices individually and they would give you each one a different price for 1 specific service. Their servicing system does not consists of a first come first served, is just "jump into the tech as soon as you see him available" system. I politely asked who I was behind of for servicing and the answer was "I dont know". As soon as they fixed this issue this place will become promising, however for now, if you have time to waste you can go, if not then this is not the place to go.
