Arriving with an appt at 9am, I'm far more than a tad confused as to why at 12 noon a simple motor for power windows has not been replaced and the parts are all over the place! I literally watched the repair guy walk around doing absolutely nothing at all. I don't care about him billing as many hours as possible, just do so in a timely fashion. I'm not paying them! I'm just paying the deductible! Oh did I mention that I need to be at work 40 Miles away at 1? I suggest you get staff that is well versed in what the set out to do to these cars. I would never recommend this location unless it was the very last option on the planet!! Now at 3.5 hrs, they still aren't finished and I'm late for work! Guess I'll just have to find this guy and let him know a few things about customer service and valuing the customer's time! Don't blame me, frankly they're asking for it. I was forced to give them a star to post this. I suggest a negative option
