I should have done this review months ago. Back in March of 2018, I was passing through Houston. My RV tire blew out ripping electrical and propane lines out with it. I happened to exit right where Adams was located. It was late in the day, but they were able to get me back on the road. I don’t remember their names, but two mechanics, put my spare tire on for me and zip tied all of the loose lines to the frame. If I lived in the Houston area, y’all would definitely be my automotive place. Excellent customer service! Thank you so much!

Have been going to Adam's for over 5 years now & have never been disappointed. They have always diagnosed our vehicles & consulted with us before doing anything. Staff even notifies us of what truly needs to be replaced to avoid any near future repairs. Staff is always great & friendly as well!

Excellent service. The waiting room was pleasant. The set up enabled me to bring my laptop and get some work done while I wait. There was a desk, phone chargers, wifi, etc. Staff was great to work with. Window panes from the waiting area lets me watch the technician work on my vehicle. Their oil change comes with tire rotation. I would have been charged extra with other providers.

My father-in-law was a long time customer of Adam's Automotive and when he got sick last year, I had to take over managing his affairs including the maintenance of his two vehicles. Complicating matters is the fact I live over 800 miles from Houston. The people at Adam's are always very friendly and helpful and they have always gone out of their way to help me out. My father-in-law passed away recently and I was extremely touched by how the people that knew him at Adam's cared about him as a person. If I lived in Houston, Adam's is the only place I would take my cars for service and repairs.

I was a little skeptical at first, since the place looks like it would be expensive as you walk in (very nice office) and I have been over charged a few times at other mechanic shops, so I was not sure what to expect. As soon as I walked in though the customer service was spot on. They said that they had many cars in front of me and offered me a ride back to my office so I could leave my truck and they could see it later in the day. They ended up having to keep the truck overnight which was fine because I have a second car and this morning they called to let me know that the fix was relatively simple and only charged me for an hour of labor. I have got to say, I was pretty impressed. I will keep taking my cars there and writing good reviews until they give me a reason not to.
