I have been a customer for 10+ years. They are great to work with and have been very honest with me. We recently purchase a used car and they were very helpful in finding problems that the user car dealer ether did not know or did not disclose. We eventually got the right car, largely because of their detective work. Steve and Todd have become friends over the years and have bent over backwards to help us as quickly as they can. If they don't have time or it will take longer than planned, they let us know as soon as they can. If they make a mistake they tell us and apologize. I appreciate that they are "real" with me. I recommend them to my friends.

This was awful. They said it would take a week to fix our car. It's been 2 weeks. They said they have kept us up to date on everything. They HAVEN'T. WE had to call to find out what was going on EVERY SINGLE TIME. The guy I talked to said he didn't think he made a mistake and when I tried to tell him that he hadn't kept us up to date he kept arguing with me. Do I need to show him my phone records? Completely unprofessional and uncommunicative. He kept interrupting me, and when I told him to stop interrupting me HE HUNG UP ON ME! No...no...so unprofessional I can't even believe it. This is not the first time we've had problems with them either, but decided to give it one more try. NEVER AGAIN. WORST PLACE TO TAKE YOUR CAR. PS. We still don't have our car.

Worst service ever. I had a bad starter on my car. They diagnosed it saying that it would be $40 just to figure out the issue. Afterward, they shared the price it would be to fix it. I didn't agree with the price and asked them to at least start the car so I could drive it back home. They didn't start it, I had to watch a YouTube video to figure out how start it (it was very simple). I got the key 🔑 and did it there. Finally, when it was time to pay the $40 for nothing, they actually charged $75, saying that it was day off of the guy that promised me $40. I went there by recommendation and they ended up by losing the customer that recommended me, and a possible new customer.
